The new King & Bear website is a custom, responsive design – meaning it will work well on all screen sizes. Homeowners can log in (protected by website encryption) to manage their profile and privacy settings, review recent announcements, upcoming events, and neighborhood club information. Homeowners can also access their gate control system, request facility space, and access architectural, board, and archived documents.
The public, front facing side of the website shows off some of King & Bear’s best features – fourteen diverse neighborhoods, the only Arnold Palmer and Jack Nicklaus designed golf course, state-of-the art amenities, one of Florida’s top day spas – Spa at Laterra, and more.
